Our sustainability report for 2024 is now available and it provides valuable insights into our commitment for people as well as the environment. By following the twelve guiding principles of the WIN-Charta, we are showing what motivates us – and what we can achieve by working together.
This year, we are focusing on three main topics: the well-being of our employees, the protection of our climate and the sustainable use of resources through a circular economy – these are the areas where we have implemented specific measures.
In addition, we are especially proud to present our WIN project “Research and Creative Workshop” for the kindergarten in Holzhausen which is introduced in its own chapter.
