The employees' children of the KIPP Group were enthusiastic about the first employees' children's holiday camp in the Champions Park in Freudenstadt. For five days, the children and young people were cared for by a crew from the Champions Park and also by top athletes and employees of the KIPP Group itself. The owner family had invited the children of their more than 1,000 employees to this special holiday program.  KIPP recently received an award as a particularly family-friendly employer from Federal Minister for Family Affairs Lisa Paus, MdB, in Berlin.  It was necessary to inspire the employees' children with a varied program while at the same time, relieve their parents of childcare tasks. According to the unanimous opinion of both target groups, this was extremely successful. A special framework and sports program included visits to the panorama pool, adventure mini golf course and activities in the areas of beach tennis, volleyball, football, trampoline gymnastics and even judo.  After all, judiciary vice world champion Katharina Menz was involved in the supervision!  All of these activities ensured very entertaining days. In the evenings there were board games, a movie night, or a follow-up hike on the agenda. The children and young people spent the nights in specially furnished dormitory style rooms in Champions Park. Bed linens were specially designed to showcase each Bundesliga club.  The children could dream of their favorite club in the corresponding bed linen. At the end of the fifth day, parents and their children took part in organized Olympics. A delicious barbecue ended the first KIPP Group employee children's holiday camp.

Everyone was so fascinated by the holiday camp that it definitely calls for an annual occurance!
